Celebrating Non-Binary Makeup Wearers!

Hey everyone!

As a gender-free brand, we feel passionate about amplifying the voices of those who exist, identify and celebrate themselves beyond the gender binary. We want to share the message that gender is a social construct - and the binary only exists as much as you believe it does. When you think about it, that's pretty liberating! None of us need to be restricted to any societal expectations placed on us, based on assumptions on our gender tied to our biological sex at birth.

Introducing: THE ENBY DIARIES.

Our plan with this series is to celebrate non-binary makeup wearers and hear them share their experiences of gender euphoria, as well as touch on the challenges they face because of their identities. We hope you love this series - we're incredibly proud to launch it!

Introducing: EPISODE 1 | IRO

Iro Costello (pronouns: they/them) is a dancer & model based in London. Watch them put together this statement red eye look with a subtle base and nude lip while they share their experiences as a non-binary person.

EPISODE 2 | SIGI

Sigi Moonlight (pronouns: he/she/they depending on context) is a drag performer and actor based in London. Their experience as a drag king has helped them explore the gender binary both on and off stage. With the major lack in drag king representation, we obviously LOVE to see it.

 EPISODE 3 | SANTI

Santi (pronouns: they/he) is Founder of G(END)ER SWAP, a safe space service catering to the needs of non-binary and trans people who wish to explore new avenues in their gender identity or expression! Santi tells us what being non-binary means to them while putting together a statement red lid look and faux freckles.

EPISODE 4 | EDEN

Eden (pronouns she/they) is a nail technician & Founder of EJ Luxe Beauty. In her video, she shares about her experience with exploring and celebrating her gender identity both as a trans woman, and as a person who identifies beyond the gender binary. She creates a blushed glam look with a nude lip using products from our collection!
EPISODE 5 | MARILYN

SHOP MARILYN'S LOOK

Marilyn (pronouns she/her/they/them) is an artist, DJ under the name Fat Britney (which we think is iconic), writer, co-producer of Liverpool's new Trans Festival (Tranuary) and a trained MUA! Marilyn shares with us her moments of gender euphoria and empowerment, as well as speaking on the intersectional challenges faced by minority groups from within the trans community. She creates a signature campy look using products from our collection - including the aptly named Qween Long Lasting Lipstick!

EPISODE 6 | DODO

Dodo (pronouns they/she) is a London based model, content creator, sexual health advocate and creative. Dodo shares their thoughts on how non-binary people can help liberate ALL of us in our gender expression, while putting together a statement pinky dewy look incorporating our Long Lasting Lipstick in shade URU, our Glow Drops Primer in Rose Pearl, our Sculpt & Soften Palette and our Play Pot Pink Pearl

 EPISODE 7 | ELIZA

Eliza (pronouns they/them) is a disabled content creator based in the UK. Eliza shares about how discovering what it means to identify as non-binary felt like home to them, and they share with us what it means to live out their most authentic gender identity and expression. As Eliza puts it, non-binary people are valid and deserve to be listened to - and it is healthy to question the gender binary and celebrate non-binary identities with the understanding that it doesn't compromise those who do identify with binary gender identities.
